Now this was an amazing prototyping project! It takes vision, and real talent to turn a 3d model of a Machine into a Powerful Machine like this one. And that is only the beginning… Testing, testing, and more testing!

Working with Harry Howard, alongside with my friend Gaylen Healzer on this one, our team designed and built an amazing little human powered outdrive.  Harry is know around the world for his Wavewalker boats…What a fun little machine!

Back when everyone thought there would be chaos in December 1999, because of Y2K, I was busy working on designing and building this rotational molded housing.  Since the company could not find an a rotational molding machine to fit their needs, the crew and I whipped one up…

A small thermoforming machine & tooling built from a set of plans I bought many years ago.  But what a great little machine!  The molds were CNC Machined aluminum for this particular product line.
